EDI Maturity Curve

Our proprietary EDI Maturity Curve offers you a comprehensive snapshot of how mature your organisation is in diversity and inclusion and how you compare to the rest of the industry. Designed in conjunction with the Centre for Diversity Policy Research and Practice at Oxford Brookes University, the curve allows you to set a clear roadmap from where you are to where you want to be in each of the key inclusion dimensions.

The Inclusive Leader Journey Programme (ILJP)

The Inclusive Leader Programme is our flagship programme. We take your leaders on a journey of self-discovery, helping them find their own path to authentic commitment and impactful action. The programme can be delivered in person or virtually.

Employee Lifecycle Audit (ELA)

We critically review the company’s processes, policies and tools that support your Employee Lifecycle through a diversity and inclusion lens. The purpose of the review is to support the creation of a robust and well articulated global EDI strategy and programme of activities that give everyone the opportunity to succeed in a diverse, thoughtful and equitable environment.

Development Programmes

The strength and depth of an organisation’s diverse pipeline is based on its ability to retain its diverse talent. Our development programmes are designed to support you in retaining your diverse talent and inspiring them to progress their career within your company. We do this through a series of virtual development sessions, typically over a 14 week period, that focus on building confidence, unlocking potential and providing inspiration through Role Model discussions.

E-learning Modules

Our e-learning modules raise awareness and create a ‘baseline’ of education on the topic of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion for all colleagues across your company increasing their understanding of inclusive terminology, types of discrimination and its impact, alongside the meaning of bias and privilege.

Culture and Inclusion Survey

Backed by a robust methodology, our culture and inclusion survey provides a deep insight into your employees’ experiences in terms of equity and inclusiveness and how your organisation is performing on EDI in the eyes of your employees. The analysis of the survey results highlights areas of good practice and provides a set of recommendations to take forward. We complement the survey with focus group discussions bringing to life the key themes of feedback from your workforce.
